Thank you for visiting and shopping at TechGizmos.co.za. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We are based in South Africa and currently only ship to addresses within South Africa.

Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all products. There is no minimum order value required to qualify.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Our delivery timeframe is comprised of two stages: handling time and transit time.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: All orders placed before 2:00 PM SAST (Monday - Friday) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on a weekend, or on a South African public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

  • Handling (Processing) Time: We require 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process, pack, and prepare your order for dispatch.

  • Courier Transit Time: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the courier transit time is an additional 2 to 4 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Based on this, the total estimated delivery time for all destinations within South Africa is 4 to 7 business days.

Shipment & Delivery Details

  • Shipment Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Delivery Hours: Our courier partners typically deliver between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel's progress.

Courier Partners & Insurance

  • Courier: Most orders are fulfilled through The Courier Guy, a trusted third-party service. All products are inspected before shipping.

  • Insurance & Liability: Our courier's standard terms and conditions cover insurance for loss or damage during transit. Their claims process shall be followed if a claim needs to be logged.

  • Important Exclusion: Please note that our courier service provider does not provide insurance cover for breakable items (such as items containing glass or screens). TechGizmos.co.za cannot be held liable for damage to breakable items during transit.

International Shipping

We do not ship to addresses outside of South Africa at this time.
